Brazilian Jiu Jistsu team
I found Dr Kaplan on the internet and decided to give him a try. I was already frustrated by doctors and physiotherapists telling me not to train in my sport because of injuries.
As someone who trains, teaches and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I was looking for a place to help me understand how to better strengthen my body specifically for my sport.
After two sessions with Dr Kaplan he built a training program designed for the functionality of BJJ. The equipment at his faculty was definitely a bonus.
I highly recommended an appointment with Dr Kaplan.

ד"ר קפלן הוא קוסם. לאחר הניתוח שעשיתי בברך הרופאים אמרו לי כי אחזור למגרשים רק לאחר 9 חודשים של פיזיותרפיה. לאחר 4.5 חודשים (!) של שיקום עם ד"ר יונתן, חזרתי לשחק כדורגל מקצועי. ממליץ בחום: מקצועי, אמין ומעל הכל בן אדם שכיף לעבוד איתו.

בהר הצופים ובמרכז הרפואי "לבריאות" ברמת בית שמש.
המכון מתמחה בשיקום פציעות ספורט ובעיות אורתופדיות כלליות, כגון: נקע בקרסול, פציעות ברך, קרע בגידי הכתפיים, פריצת דיסק ועוד. במכון לא מועסקים רופאי ספורט.

The Jerusalem Sports Medicine Clinic is situated within the confines of the ultra modern Lerner Sports Center on Mnt Scopus as well in the "Labriut" Medical Center, Ramat Bet shemesh. The clinic specializes in the rehabilitation of most common orthopedic and sports injury problems, including ankle sprains, muscle tears, shoulder and knee conditions, lower back and neck pain etc. There is no medical doctor present in the clinic
